Google Chrome is one of the most popular browsers in the world and as of December 2020, the browser accounts for 66 percent of the global desktop internet browser market share.
The reason why Google Chrome is so popular is because of the feature it is providing. Now, following the same journey, the browser has added one more feature in its Android App. The feature is called web page preview, that lets you preview a web page before opening it and in this article, I’m explaining to you the same of How to do it?
Steps to Preview a Web Page before opening it in Google Chrome for Android
- Open your Google Chrome Browser.
- Tap and hold on any link you want to preview.
- As soon as you tap and hold on any link, the context menu will open and in the context menu now you will find a new option called Preview Page.
- Tap on the Preview Page option to preview the desired page. You can then either open the page in full or can close it. See the screenshot below to gain more insight.
Preview Page option has been rolled out in Chrome 89 for Android via the server side update. Hence, you may or may not find this feature at the same moment.
