Windows 10 1903 May 2019 Update is now available for everyone globally. One can switch to this version of Windows by manually Check for updates. To manually check for updates go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Do note that, for now Microsoft not updating and installing this version automatically on users machine. That’s because fow now this version has some compatibility issues. For example, Windows 10 1903 update showing compatibility issues with old bluetooth devices. That because the connecting device have old bluetooth drivers installed in it. However, one can resolve this issue by checking out whether the device manufacturer has rolled out some new drivers or not.
Similarly, This new Windows 10 updates also not resembles with outdated WiFi drivers. Again the solution is update your device WiFi drivers to its latest version.
If you have purchased a brand new Latest Laptop or PC that sports Windows 10, then, you can install this update without any worry. I say so because, since, your device is latest then, your device manufacturer also giving updates to their drivers soon. Moreover, if you do not want to take any risk I suggest you to Check for Updates after 1 month. This way all your device drivers also came up and then you can install the driver as well as Windows update side by side.
