In a new update rolled out today, Alibaba Group-owned UC browser has integrated UC drive within the browser. This new feature is going to help users download and store files directly into their UC drive account. The first benefit of this feature is, it helps the user to save their device storage while the other one is their data is safe on the cloud.
Do note that UC Drive gives 20GB of free online storage to all the UC users. Now, UC drive is integrated into the UC browser; therefore, the user can now easily download and save Photos, Videos, and Songs in their UC drive account.
Most of you must be thinking of who is using the UC browser when Google Chrome is available. Well, maybe the UC browser not able to imprint its presence in the west market successfully, but the company says it is one of the favorite browsers among users living in Asian Markets. Primarily, India is responsible for contributing 50% of UC browser users globally.
The browser is available on most of the popular platforms like Android, iOS, and Microsoft Windows, however, has its highest market share worldwide on Mobile Platform. A report from StatCounter says, till December 2019, UC browser holds 5.15% of Mobile Browser users globally. Chrome has the highest market share globally among mobile browsers i.e., 61.1%.
Now, talking about the integration of UC Drive into the UC browser, non of its competitor has such a feature.
