Although there is a native app of Apple Music already available for iOS, Mac, and Android Platform, the same is not available for other platforms such as Windows, Linux and Chrome OS. Apple says right now they have around 60 million songs available on their Apple Music server. However, to listen to these songs a user have to take Apple Music Subscription. Now, Talking about the Subscription, the company reduced the subscription cost last year. However, if you are a new user then, you can try the service free for 3 months, thereafter the company charges Rs. 99 per month (The rate for Apple Music Individual Subscription).
