The Big G today has launched YouTube Music Charts and Insights in India. It is a place where one could access the list of songs, artists and music videos that are trending on the Internet. YouTube Music Chart is available in two forms. The first one is via a standalone web interface, whereas the second one is accessible on YouTube Music App.
You could access the web interface by merely visiting this web address https://charts.youtube.com. Once you open the web interface, there you see a total of four sections. The first one charts all the music videos that became immediately popular upon release. Coming to the second section, it contains the chart of most played songs in the last week. The third section contains the chart of Music Videos that were played the most last week. And finally, the fourth section charts the top artists who were played the most last week.
In YouTube Music App also you could access these four sections but via different name that I have mentioned below.
- Top 100 Most Played Songs
- Top 100 Music Videos Globally
- Top 100 Music Videos Locally
- Top 30 Trending Chart
One Interesting thing I found on the web interface is it is completely ad free and here you could easily track the list of trending songs. Also do note that the portal is completely free, that means anyone could access it by the address I have mentioned above in this article.
