Many of you confuse about what VCNO is? Well VCNO is the unique identification number for every box. Moreover, It varies from Device to Device. Although, You can find the VCNO number mostly at the back side of device. Let me show you via some screenshots.

Now, Once you locate and get your VCNO number, visit the link https://caf.denonline.in/ and feed the details.

After that you get an OTP at the number you feed. Then, you can further update your details for KYC.
