You can now share WhatsApp Story to Facebook Story. Users who enrolled for WhatsApp Beta program would avail this feature starting today. One could locate this new option in the WhatsApp Status section just below his/her own story.
Not Just Facebook, you could even share your WhatsApp story to Gmail, Instagram Story, and Google Photos. The Verge who first spotted this feature explained Starting today WhatsApp Beta users can now share their WhatsApp Story on different other social sites as I mentioned above.
Do note that WhatsApp brought the Story feature back in 2017, and it has around 500 million daily active users using this feature.
Those of you who don’t know, WhatsApp Story is a feature by which you could share photos, text, and videos on your WhatsApp Profile that disappears after 24 hours.
Now, Some of you might be thinking with this feature; Facebook shares WhatsApp data with Facebook.com. Well, In that case, let me tell you that, here, Facebook uses the iOS and Android data sharing API. That means you can’t share your WhatsApp Story to Facebook or other platforms if you have logged out into your account.
This new feature is now part of WhatsApp latest Beta version. However, it may or may not be rolled out in the upcoming stable version.
