Samsung India extends select Device warranties till June 15

Amid Corona Outbreak and lockdown implemented in the country, Samsung official service centres and retail shops has been closed down. The result is many of its customers not able to avail the warrantly benefits for their devices in the same period. Well, looking at the same, earlier the company extends the warrantly of devices whose warrantly expires in between March 20 and April 30 till May 31. Now, because the lockdown was extended again in the same period, the company has reportedly extended the warrantly of those same select devices till June 15.

Beside extending the warrantly period for devices, Samsung has also donated funds to their offline retailers to boost their sales in this tough time. The exclusive stores of the company has now been operational with Suraksha Store certificate to ensure their customer’s wellbeing and safety. In Suraksha Stores the store consultant has been trained to follow all the safety and hygiene measurement.

Although the company has extended the warranty period for select devices, it is believed the company may extend the warranty further as the Unlock 1 is not very unrestricted. Let see what the company decides in coming days, we will let you know.
