On Tuesday this week, Microsoft rolls out Windows 10 October Update 1809. Seems like a configuration issue which Microsoft developers looking to resolve it right now. However, Microsoft from their side pauses rolling out this new update.
This new update does not mess up with all the users who migrate their Window 10 OS version to this new version. However, some users report after they roll over their OS to this new version, some of their personal files get deleted.
Initially, those users who see this update on Microsoft Official site can check right now it is not available there. Microsoft pulls out the media creation tool for version 1809.
Hope Microsoft officials could soon release the patch for this issue. However, we also recommend you to wait for the latest healthy patch. Besides these, some of you I know can’t wait and try to upgrade to this patch. So In that case, we recommend you to do a full system backup before upgrading.
This is the second Microsoft has messed up with his feature updates. Back in April 2018, Microsoft messes up with a feature update. However, that time the issue resolve in 3 weeks. Hope this it will resolve sooner.
