Dish TV give their customer the facility to Change their Channel pack online. However, To do that a customer have to first login to their Dish TV account online. They can login to their Dish TV account online by first Clicking the link https://www.dishtv.in/.
Clicking the above link opens Dish TV homepage where at the top right corner of the page a subscriber corner section is present. Click on the subscriber corner tab to login to online Dish TV account.
Clicking on the Subscriber Corner tab prompts a window that ask you to enter your Registered Mobile number or the VC number. Now, In the respective field enter your Registered Mobile number which you have given to the Dish TV authority while taking Dish TV connection. Then, Click on the Orange Request OTP button.
As soon as you click on the Request OTP button, your registered mobile number receives a 6-digit OTP code that you have to enter into the field asked.
Once you feed the OTP correctly, you successfully able to login to your account.
Now the first thing you see when login to your Dish TV online account is your pack details like as I show you in the screenshot below. In the same page also you see a modify button at the botton as I have marked in the screenshot.
Now, Clicking on that modify button opens a new page that list out all the channel bouqet Dish TV have. From the same page you can then build your pack by choosing combo pack, addon, single channels and so on. See the screenshot below.
Once you complete building your pack, Click on the OK button of the cart showing just the right side of your computer screen like as I show you in the screenshot above.
Now, as soon as you click on the OK button your pack get modified and you can then enjoy the pack you have chosen.
