At the time of writing this post, it is merely a week when OnePlus Launches 6T McLaren Edition. Now, Users are curious to know about this cool new Smartphone Battery Charge Technology. OnePlus says with Warp Charge 30 technology OnePlus 6T McLaren charge for an entire day in just 20 minutes. How is this possible?
How Warp Charge 30 Technology Works?
First let me tell you that Warp Charge 30 Technology doesn’t works on Fast Charging Technology. Instead it supports larger currents. Of course during the phone charge, heat generates, however, designers looks a way out to tackle this. Meanwhile if you want to use your phone while it is charging then you may encounter some lag. The key player of Warp Charge 30 technology is OnePlus Warp Charge 30 adapter. This devices filter out most of the heat and stop it from reaching the phone.
OnePlus Laboratories even show us a graph that explains How Screen Off Charging works in Warp Charge. Here, the officials compare the Screen off charging speed of OnePlus 6T McLaren with Samsung Galaxy Note 9, and Google Pixel 3 XL. You can see the result in the below graph.
How Warp Charge 30 handle Charging while Gaming?
In case of OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, We see in the above graph, Charging while gaming works at a fast linear rate. On the other sides, charging while gaming on the other flagship models available in market are quite slow.
How OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Manage Overheating issue?
Warp Charge 30 technology works on larger currently which produces heat. Therefore, OnePlus team assemble eight layer battery Protection structure which helps it to cool efficiently.
Note: If you charge your old OnePlus models like OnePlus 3 to OnePlus 6T via Warp Charger, then, the charger charge these devices with fast charging. In these devices Warp Charge 30 Technology are not present. However, if you charge the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition with OnePlus 6T charger it charges you McLaren edition with Warp Charge.
