According to Bookmyshow, ‘Whatsapp for Business’ is the first Indian online ticket brand to come together.
“Whatsapp definitely has become the way of communication for our people, and we are going to make it a default ticket confirmation channel,” said Ravdeep Chawla, Product Head, Bookmyshow.
Additionally, In the next few weeks, This feature will release for all users. Moreover, Users who will now book tickets from Bookmyshow, get confirmed confirmation on Whatsapp and M-ticket (mobile ticket) QR code. Additionally, a user will get ticket booking information to their mail service.
