Earlier this week, Jio teased free one year of Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription on their website and app, however, haven’t revealed back then about the plans offering this service. Now, the telecom operator has revealed the list of its prepaid and data addon plans offering this service free for one year. Let’s talk about these plans in detail.
Jio Prepaid Plans Providing One Year of free Disney Plus Hotstar VIP
Rs. 401 Prepaid Plan
Jio Rs. 401 prepaid plan is the Cheapest one to provide free one year subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP. The validity of this plan is for 28 days with 3 GB of high speed data per day, 6 GB of additional High Speed Data, Jio to Jio Unlimited calls, Jio to Landline unlimited calls, 1000 minutes of free Jio to other mobile network calls and 100 SMS per day.
Airtel Rs. 401 Plan also providing Free One Year Subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP
Like as I discussed in my earlier article, Airtel also providing free one year subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP with their Rs. 401 plan but the same plan doesn’t have any calling or SMS benefits. However, here as you can see Jio is providing both the calling and SMS benefits with its Rs. 401 prepaid plan. Also, with Rs. 401 prepaid plan Airtel is giving a total of 3 GB high speed data that is valid for 28 days, but, Jio is providing a total of 90 GB of high speed data valid for 28 days plus other more benefits.
Note: One question might arise in your mind, if the validity of Rs. 401 prepaid plan is for 28 days, then, how we get one year of free Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription? Well, here Jio said to avail the benefits of Disney Plus Hotstar VIP for 1 year, Jio user needs to continuously be on any active plan. Comparing the same with Airtel, their a user if want not have to be on any active plan to avail the same service for an year. Hence, in my opinion Airtel Rs. 401 plan is a better option if you guys are opting to choose these plans mostly taking the Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription in mind.
Rs. 2599 Prepaid Plan
Like as I said and expect in my earlier article, Jio may provide one year of free Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription with any of its annual plan and the same has happened now. Jio Rs. 2599 annual prepaid plan is also providing one year of free Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription plus 2 GB of daily high speed data, 10 GB of additional high speed data, Jio to Jio unlimited calls, Jio to landline unlimited calls, Jio to other mobile network 1000 minutes of free calls, and 100 SMS per day. The validity of this plan is for 365 days.
Jio Data ADD ON Plans offering Free One Year Subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP
Beside two of the above mentioned regular prepaid plans there are four Data Addon Plans too through which Jio is offering one year of free subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP. Let’s talk about these plans now.
Rs. 612 Data Addon Plan
The cheapest Jio Data Addon plan to offer free one year subscription to Disney Plus Hotstar VIP comes at Rs. 612. This plan gives a user 72 GB of total high speed data and 6000 minutes of free Jio to other mobile network calling. The validity of this plan is same as the validity of your existing plan. That means if in between the validity of your existing plan expires, then, you will not be able to use Disney Plus Hotstar VIP.
Rs. 1004, Rs. 1206, and Rs. 1208 Plan
All of these three plans have two things in common. The first one is all of these three plans are offering one year of free Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription and the second one is they are providing 240GB of total data. The validity of Rs. 1004, Rs. 1206, and Rs. 1208 plans are 120 days, 180 days, and 240 days respectively. Now, as you can see none of these plans are valid for 365 days. Hence, here also after the expiration of any of these plans, a user must have to be on any active plan to use Disney Plus Hotstar VIP for free.
How to recharge for any of these Plans to avail One year of free Disney Plus Hotstar VIP subscription?
The recharge process is as usual like you regularly recharge your Jio Number. Recharge with any of the above mentioned plan on your Jio Account and then login to the Disney Plus Hotstar app with the same number to avail the benefits mentioned. However, make sure to avail the benefits for the given period you have to keep the same Jio account active with a base plan.
