Well Last Seen is a feature, however it is not in your complete control (Of course of the others). I meant to say, you can turn ON and OFF your last seen to display to other. However, you can’t control the last seen of other person. How to Check Last Seen on WhatsApp?
To Check Out Last seen on WhatsApp, Make sure you have also Turn ON this option for Your Account. You can turn ON the last seen option in Your account by Going to WhatsApp Setting>Account>Privacy>Last Seen
Note that WhatsApp gives you three options for Last Seen
- Everyone: Enabling this option let to see your Last Seen to Everyone and Vice Versa.
- My Contacts: Enabling this option let to see your Last Seen to only those contacts that are saved in your Phone.
- Nobody: This option turn off your Last Seen to Everyone. Make sure this option is uncheck if you want to see the last seen of a person on WhatsApp. This criteria is necessary, however you may not able to see the last seen of other account if they have enabled this option.
If you fulfill all the criteria I mention above, then you can check the last seen of a person by tapping on their WhatsApp Chat. Then, at the top, just below the person’s WhatsApp Username you see the time when that person was last online on WhatsApp.
