Spotify is all set to Launch in India Under 6 Months. Spotify is all set to launch in one of the most populated regions of the world. Yes, you guess it right. According to the latest post by Variety, the popular music streaming service will soon be launch in India. Note that before going to roll out its services in India, Spotify tries to acquire two popular India music streaming services i.e. Saavn and Gaana. However, the company failed to do so. Jio music already acquires and merge Saavn with it via a 1 billion dollar deal. So, we think Spotify Journey will not be easy in India.
Variety reports say Spotify will give a user a trial access for more than 30 days. This will not just give a user the facility to enjoying Spotify services but also help them to understand their services. Spotify Founder Daniel Ek first hint about this services coming to India while the company will go public. Some reports also say Spotify recruit over 300 Indians and also locate its headquarter in India’s Financial Capital “Mumbai”.
Spotify Launches back in 2008 and from that time it grows exponentially. Right now, some of the popular music streaming services in India are Jio Saavn, Gaana, Google Play Music, Amazon Prime Music, Apple Music, Airtel Wynk Music etc.
Now, it will be interesting to see How Spotify will grab a place in this crowded region.
