Today, Redmi launches Redmi Go 16GB variant at Rs 4799. Redmi India reveals about this version via their official Twitter Handle today. Do note that, Redmi Go has Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 fabricated in it. The GPU it have is Adreno 308. Moreover, this phone now also comes in 1GB+16GB storage configuration. Those of you who don’t know, Redmi rolls out lower internal storage version (8GB) of this phone in March this year. That phone is merely Rs. 300 less that this 16GB version. LOL, In Rs. 300 they are now giving 8GB of more Inbuilt Internal storage.

Do note that it also have a Dual SIM Slot along with a dedicated memory card slot, which you can expand upto 128GB.

Talking about its OS, it packs with Android Oreo Go edition. Therefore, one can access some popular Android Go apps like Gmail Go, YouTube Go, Google Maps Go, Google Assistant Go, Google File Go app and more. In short this phone could extend the facility of the feature phone users.

You can find a 8MP Rear camera with aperture f/2.0 along with LED Flash. Moreover, to fulfill your Selfie needs it also sports a 5MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

You could expect more than average battery backup as the phone have a 3000mAh of non-removable battery.

Beside all the feature, What I found most Interesting in this phone is, it sports more than 20 Indian regional languages. For example, Gujarati, Marathi, Manipuri, Konkani, Kashmiri, Punjabi, Telugu, Sanskrit and more.

This phone is going to available in a total of 2 colours i.e. Black and Blue. Moreover, One will able to buy it via Mi Store, Mi.com and Flipkart.
