Disney Plus was scheduled to be launched in India on March 29, but the company postponed the launch date due to Corona Outbreak in India. Now today it is coming out that Disney Plus is going to be launched in India on April 3, in view of which Hotstar has increased its subscription price. However, the currently increased subscription price is not being reflected on Hotstar’s website.

Now as Disney Plus is being launched through Hotstar in India, the subscription price of Hotstar has also been increased. According to an Economic Times report, people who have subscribed to Hotstar will not have to pay additional subscription cost for the given time period. At the same time, new users will now be able to take Hotstar’s VIP and Premium subscriptions for Rs 399 and Rs 1499 respectively. Let us tell you that earlier the VIP and premium subscription of Hotstar was available for Rs 399 and 999.
