23 months ago, Google launched a subscription-based Cloud Storage service called Google One. You can think of Google One as the upgraded version of Google Drive with some exclusive features like Storage Management and Device Backup. Now, explaining about both the features, as the name suggest the Automatic Phone Back up feature helps the user to backup different file types present in the device to the Google Cloud at their appropriate places. For example, the photos and videos will automatically be stored in Google Photos, the PDF, Word, and Text documents to Google Drive and so on.
The other feature which is the Storage Management Tool, it helps to manage the 15GB (or more) of storage space. For example, you want to cleans up the spam and deleted mails, deleted files on Google Drive which is stored in the trash section, Emails with large attachments, large files on Google Drive.
