OnePlus starts rolling out OxygenOS 9.0.5 Update for OnePlus 5 and 5T Smartphone. Initially, this update reaches to few people but became broader day by day. What makes this update so important is it contains April Security Patch for Android. Note that Android has released April Security patch back on April 1, 2019. They released this patch to cure several security vulnerabilities associated with Framework, System and also Qualcomm components.
OxygenOS 9.0.5 not just contain April Security patch but also have several issues fixed. These issues for example are associated with Parallel apps, Downloading Photos from WhatsApp, video call issue while in Gaming mode.
One can download the latest version of OxygenOS for their respective OnePlus device by visiting this link. At the time of writing this article, I won’t able to find OxygenOS 9.0.5 as I already explained it is rolling out slowly. One of the OnePlus Staff explain all about this OxygenOS in one their Forum page. Their he explain the update is rolling to few users but will available to all gradually.
