Today Reliance Jio launches a Digital Literacy Program called Jio Digital Udaan.
The goal of Digital Udaan is to educate first time Internet users about Internet Usage and Social Media, especially Facebook.
To make Digital Udaan the best digital literacy program, Reliance partners with Facebook.
In Digital Udaan, Facebook has the responsibility of creating the training material. On the other side, Jio takes the responsibility of distributing these training materials via its vast telecom network.
Right now, Jio Digital Udaan is available in 200 regions of 13 Indian States that grow in the coming days.
Now giving my opinion about this program, I think its a new initiative that also connects with Digital India. Moreover, it truly fulfills the dream of Prime Minister Mode about Digital India.
As you can see, Surely Reliance starts the revolution of the low-cost Internet in India, and even rural people now own the Internet, but they do not know how to use it properly.
So, there is a need for a free digital literacy program in India. I’m happy to see the same company start this program who bring low-cost Internet in India.
