Facebook Messenger Launches Corona Help Chatbot

Facebook, the world’s largest social media company, today launched a chatbot on Messenger to share all the information related to the Coronavirus. Facebook has launched this chatbot in association with the Health Ministry and Government of India. Facebook thanked the Government of India for working with it and said that through this chatbot, people would be able to get reliable information related to COVID-19.

This Facebook chatbot will keep on giving all the information related to Corona from time to time. Apart from this, Ajit Mohan, Vice President and Managing Director of Facebook India said that in the face of this disaster, we would keep doing everything possible to help our country.

This Facebook chat messenger provides reliable news related to Corona, official updates, precautionary measures, and emergency helpline numbers. Apart from this, users can talk to this chatbot in both the Hindi and English language.

To talk to Facebook’s Corona Hub chatbot, first of all, you have to go to this link https://m.me/MyGovIndia and click on Get Started. After this, the chatbot will ask you to choose one language, i.e. Hindi or English. As soon as you choose the language, the chatbot starts giving you further options. You can then choose your favourable option to initiate the Chat further.
