Airtel Vodafone Idea soon Shut down 250 million users. Seems like a disturbing news for both, the customers and the company. In telecom sector this metric count the average lowest monthly recharge a user do for there respective mobile network.

Airtel Vodafone Idea soon Shut down 250 million users

After analyzing the statistics, Airtel came to know, there are about 100 million of its subscriber’s who are not consuming at least Rs 35. So, Airtel set a critical point here. Those users who don’t recharge for at least Rs 35 for their network are going to lose their Services on their network.

Similar Set of rules is also made by Vodafone Idea and other telecom companies in India other than Reliance Jio. LOL. Talking about the number of Vodafone Idea users who doesn’t fulfill the minimum ARPU criteria is even larger than Airtel. Here the number of those users are 150 million.

Therefore, A total of around 250 million telecom users who are just using Airtel, Vodafone and Idea network merely for incoming calls.

This is the reason if you own an Airtel, Vodafone and Idea SIM, you may receive a message that says recharge with Rs 35 or we will disconnect your connection.
