The State Run Telecom company BSNL offering free Hotstar Premium subscription to its Broadband customers.
This new offer is part of BSNL Superstar 300 plan that comes at monthly pricing of Rs. 749.
Under this plan, the user gets 300 gigs of data at 50 Mbps bandwidth. However, once the user consumes this amount of data, the speed restored to 2 Mbps, also, at this speed, one can download unlimited data.
Well, the above plan is for those customers who have an optic fiber connection. Customers who have a no-optic fiber connection get the same amount of data i.e., 300GB at a speed of 10 Mbps. After consuming this amount of data, the speed degrades to 2 Mbps giving unlimited data.
Right now, In India, people uses data more for watching live sports and entertainment. Therefore, BSNL plays this move as its chairman and MD Anupam Srivastava says.
Beside Hotstar BSNL also giving 1 year of Free Amazon Prime subscription to its broadband customers. One could avail this offer when enrolled for Rs — 745 and above broadband plan. The same offer is also available for BSNL postpaid subscribers too. They have to recharge with Rs. 399 and its above plan to avail this offer.
