Airtel & Ericsson introducing 5G Technology: Swedish telecom company Ericsson said that the company has come up with an agreement with India’s largest telecom company Bharti Airtel to launch 5G technology in India.
However, Ericsson Senior Vice President and Market Head of Southeast Asia told the media, “We have tied up with 36 telecom operators around the world.
Additionally, India has got an agreement with Bharti Airtel for 5G technology”.
However, he did not disclose any details about the agreement regarding the financial deal.

Whats the big deal?
Under this agreement, Ericsson will collaborate with Airtel to formulate the strategic framework for next-generation 5G technology. Ericsson is already a subsidiary of Airtel’s 4G service. Let us give you an info that this year Airtel make the same agreement with Nokia. This the same company which manufactures telecommunications equipment.
