Apollo is an independent reader for iPhone and iPad, operated by Sanjay Kumar Monu.

Contact support

Email [email protected]. Include your iOS version, Apollo version and steps that caused the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment credentials.

Accounts and access

Open Settings → Account to sign in, sign out or delete your account. Reading does not require an account. Each account and guest have separate local libraries. Signing out hides that account’s library; signing back into the same account restores access. Sign-in does not automatically sync reading across devices. A verified product-owner account receives complimentary Pro access; other users use the free plan or Apple purchases.

Purchases

Use Restore purchases on the Pro screen with the Apple Account that bought Pro. Apollo sign-in and Apple purchase identity are separate. Cancel renewal through iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or Apollo account does not cancel a subscription.

In India, supported UPI options are configured with Apple. Availability depends on Apple and your bank. See Apple India payment guide and Apple billing support.

Delete your account

Use Settings → Account → Delete account. Apple users may need to reauthenticate. If deletion fails or you cannot access the app, email the support address above for help. We may need to verify ownership. Export anything you want to keep before deletion. Deleting an account makes its local library inaccessible in Apollo; isolated files may remain on the device. Account deletion does not erase separate device backups or cancel Apple subscriptions.

Feeds, content and AI

Publishers control feed availability and article access. Send a source URL to report a broken or inappropriate directory entry. For rights concerns, identify the material, your rights or authority and the correction or removal requested. Online AI requires your selected provider credentials and may make mistakes; verify original sources.

Publisher content reports

Apollo follows sources chosen by readers. Public RSS availability is not a blanket licence. Our small launch catalogue uses attributed feed excerpts with original links and source reuse terms; individual third-party material may carry exceptions. Automatic full-article extraction is disabled. Offline storage, images, exports and AI processing require separate consideration under applicable publisher terms.

Rights holders or authorized representatives can email [email protected] with affected feed and article URLs, the work and rights concerned, their relationship to the rights holder, requested action and contact details. Do not include passwords or private feed tokens.

We review reports and applicable terms, request clarification where needed, and remove or restrict catalogue entries when warranted. We retain a decision record and respond through the support mailbox. Removing a catalogue entry does not remotely erase existing local copies or all user-added subscriptions. Users can stop following a source and manage article retention in the app. This process does not certify that every feed or future article is licensed.
