Ever now or then, dark mode is going to be a mandatory feature for apps and websites out there as most of the popular apps and websites have already enabled this feature. Now, Joining the same league Google Play Store now has a dark mode theme option available.

While Android 10 users using the same feature from a few months, Google finally has made this feature available for lower versions of Android users. There isn’t any rocket science to enable dark mode in Google Play as one can do so by visiting Google Play Settings > Theme > Dark.

Google Play theme settings now have a total of three options that include Light, Dark, and Set by Battery Saver. Set by Battery Saver option means choosing the same theme your phone chooses while turning on the Battery Saver option. You can think of Set by Battery Saver also as the System Default option to choose the specific theme.

While we thought the dark mode theme is going to be in full black and white UI, however, here we see UI in dark grey and white with the green accent color.
